Long Week

I am sorry I have been gone. It has been a long, emotional week for me. I don't want to get into all the details, but I have been sick to my stomach. This is not a healthy or fun way to loose weight. The only thing I ate for a few of the days was protein bars and bananas.  

Wednesday my neck began to hurt and by Thursday I could hardly handle it. I was taking ibuprofen and tried ice packs, but it was not relieving it. Thankfully my chiropractor got me in Friday morning. Apparently I somehow jammed the right side of my neck and hurt my right shoulder. Thankfully after the adjustment I feel better, but it is still sore and very tender. So between the personal things going on right now and my neck I have not been eating or working out. Neither of these things on their own are with the five pounds I have lost this week. 

I am not sure what is going to happen in the future at this point. I can pray and I can hope that people make the right decision. It took me a long to heal myself and I really want a chance to show this person. I hope you are all doing great and following the right journey for your weight loss.
